INITIATION

In 2003, my life imploded. Teaching yoga on a random Monday, a spontaneous surge of energy exploded through me—from my spine to the top of my skull, without any warning.

My world instantly flipped: vision expanded, my body buzzed like a live wire, and my nervous system freaked out.

What the hell was that?

That moment launched me into 20+ years of spiritual awakening—unwanted, chaotic, and real.

THE HARD REALITY

For years, I wrestled with wild physical symptoms—energy explosions, heat waves, heightened senses, detoxes I didn’t sign up for—and a mind drowning in perpetual fear.

Doctors? Clueless. Alternative Practitioners? Not much better. Answers? None.

I was a fish out of water, flopping around, feeling every vibration, every crowd, every Target and Costco aisle with a gut-punch.

Isolation became my protective shield, raising 4 small kids my anchor, while I witnessed my old self slowly burning away.

WORKING IT ALL OUT

Through trial and error—nature, food, surrender, too many years to count, and becoming the student—I learned to ride the waves, not fight them.

Acceptance vs. resistance is a real thing? Who knew!

My nervous system slowly adjusted, my perception cracked open, and I saw and experienced: no separation, just pure, unfiltered flow.

The ego’s a loud liar; our inner spirit is the real teacher. It took decades, but I clawed my way back to the world, transformed.
